Adidas Originals – NMDv3

In 2022 adidas Originals launched the third iteration of their iconic sneaker model, the NMD.

At the heart of the NMD is a nomadic mindset for exploration. So we made a campaign for the urban nomad; celebrating what we love about the urban spaces we live in and explore every day.

We worked with different musicians around the world to talk about what cities mean to them, and celebrate that nomadic mindset for exploration that links us all together. Explore the unknown, Unleash originality, Create new paths.

Create new Paths: Blackpink

I directed a film with the world famous K-Pop stars Blackpink from South Korea. A celebration of how Seoul and all the other cities they travel to inspire their creative process. We drew visual inspiration from Seoul to create a vibrant and futuristic expression of the Nomadic mindset.

We created a short film piece with the singer Anitta from Brazil, which explored her journey of discovery as an artist, as she spreads her countries culture from city to city, exploring the unknown.
